ORDERS

Most of our items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus an additional 5–10 business days for shipping and delivery.

Order Accuracy: Double-check your order details, including items in your cart, billing, and shipping address information, before confirming your purchase. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes.

Separate Shipments: Items ordered from different product categories will arrive separately due to the use of various manufacturing and fulfillment partners in different locations.

Billing Information: Your statements may list our company as either TheDynaSmiles.com, The DynaSmiles by DNT or DNT Dynamite Design LLC, which is our parent company.

Product Watermarks: Watermarks shown on product previews are for display purposes only. Your actual product will arrive watermark-free.

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Made-to-Order Products: Most of our products are made using an automated system, so cancellations are not possible once an order is received and production begins. Please confirm your purchase details, including items, colors, sizes, and delivery address, before placing your order.

Non-Personalized Items: For non-personalized products, we offer exchanges or refunds if notified within 30 business days of purchase. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping fees for exchanged items.

Personalized Items: Refunds or exchanges are not available for personalized items unless there is an error on our end. Please review your complimentary digital proof carefully to ensure accuracy. We offer one complimentary revision and a second proof at no cost. Additional proofs are available for $5 each.

Downloadable/Printable Files: Due to the nature of digital products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for downloadable or printable files.

 

DAMAGED GOODS EXCEPTION

If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, contact us immediately. We will exchange defective items or issue a full refund if notified within 30 business days of purchase. Please email us at hello@thedynasmiles.com with details and photo evidence of the damaged goods so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

TECH/PHONE CASES DISCLAIMER

The buyer assumes all risks associated with the selection and use of tech or phone cases. We are not liable for any damages to personal property, whether inside or outside the product.
