Processing Your Order
THE MAJORITY OF OUR ITEMS ARE PRINTED ON DEMAND.
Therefore, please allow for 3-5 business days for print processing prior to the item being shipped. Normal turn around (printing + ground shipping) is 7-10 business days.
Please double check your order details including items in cart, billing & shipping address information before confirming your order. Once orders are submitted we are unable to make any changes.
We are unable to offer any rush services.
Shipping & Delivery
We use a variety of shipping methods depending on the item purchased including USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.
By default we use GROUND shipping which is 5-10 business days.
All items are DESIGNED by Daveia Odoi. Items are then PRINTED by manufacturing partners located in USA, CANADA or CHINA.
All of our finished goods are shipped directly by us or our fulfillment partners located in USA.
Due to utilizing various distribution centers, your items may be packaged separately and arrive in different parcels when shopping in different product categories. Tracking will be provided for each.
Two Business Day, Next Business Day and International Shipping are always available at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to making a purchase if you'd like to access any of these specialized shipping options as they are not available on our website.
Please note that we can ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses but only through USPS.
If an item is declared undeliverable by our shipping partners due to customer error, the customer is required to cover the costs to re-ship the item.
