PERSONAL USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a license agreement between you and THE DYNASMILES by DNT / DNT DYNAMITE DESIGN, LLC. By downloading any digital content (including clipart, wallpapers, printables, and other digital files) from our storefronts, you agree to the terms listed below.
LICENSE TYPE: PERSONAL USE ONLY
All digital downloads are sold under a Personal Use License.
No commercial use is permitted.
WHAT YOU MAY DO:
You may use the downloaded files for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:
- Creating personal crafts, scrapbooks, or invitations
- Making gifts for family or friends (not for sale)
- Personal home printing projects
- Decorating your phone, tablet, or desktop
- Using for personal event decor (birthdays, showers, etc.)
WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO:
You may not:
- Use any downloaded file in a product you sell or distribute
- Use for business branding (logos, packaging, marketing materials)
- Use as part of a product or template for resale (even if altered)
- Share, resell, or redistribute the files in any form (free or paid)
- Upload files to print-on-demand platforms like Zazzle, Redbubble, or Printful
- Upload files to any artificial intelligence (AI) generative platform or software
- Use the artwork in any commercial, political, promotional, or editorial project
- Claim the artwork as your own or use it in a way that implies ownership
CLARIFICATION OF PERSONAL USE:
“Personal use” means use by an individual solely for personal, private, and non-commercial purposes. You cannot profit from the artwork in any form, directly or indirectly. If you're unsure if your intended use qualifies, please reach out before downloading.
AI USE Restrictions
DESIGNER'S USE OF AI IS RESTRICTED:
DNT creates all artwork and deliverables through original, human-created methods. DNT does not use artificial intelligence programs or automated content generation systems in the creation of sketches, illustrations, or final deliverables.
CLIENT'S USE OF AI IS PROHIBITED:
The Client shall not upload, submit, or otherwise provide any of the DNT's artwork, files, sketches, drafts, or final deliverables to any artificial intelligence platform, model, training dataset, or automated tool of any kind. This includes any service that analyzes, generates, or modifies images or other creative content.
Any use of the deliverables in connection with an artificial intelligence system is strictly prohibited unless DNT gives prior written consent. If the Client violates this restriction, DNT may pursue all available legal remedies, including financial compensation for damages.
REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once a file has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with a file, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP:
All artwork is © DNT Dynamite Design, LLC. All rights are reserved. Purchasing a file grants you a license to use it under these terms; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
TERMINATION:
Violation of these terms will result in termination of your license, and you must delete all copies of the files. Legal action may be taken if content is misused.
