Once your request is received, we'll provide a digital proof for your approval prior to having the phone case printed. Only 1 revision round is included with your order. Additional revisions will be charged at $5 each.
Also, personalization is limited to the following and can only be applied to one phone case added to your shopping cart:
- Add Name (12 characters max)
- Add/Remove A Design Element (Glasses, Hat, etc.)
- Re-Color Design (Change Skin Tone, Foreground & Background Colors, etc.)
- Mix Existing Elements (Characters and Backgrounds) to create a new one.
*Only phone cases can be personalized at this time. The personalization fees listed here covers the labor involved to create a custom case based on your input.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We're unable to cancel your order once received as it goes into production immediately. Please be certain of your purchase details including the item, colors, sizes, delivery address, etc., when placing your order as we offer no refunds.
For PERSONALIZED ITEMS no refunds nor exchanges are offered at this time (of course we will make an exception if an error is made on our end).
To ensure that your order is correct please examine your complimentary digital proof. We will be able to revise any changes made from the first proof and supply a second complimentary proof. However, additional proofs will come with a charge of $5 each.
For NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS we will offer an exchange as long as we are notified within 30 business days from date of purchase. Item must be returned in condition as it was received and customer must be willing to cover the cost of shipping to return and receive exchanged items. No refunds are offered at this time.
For DOWNLOADABLE/PRINTABLE FILES, no returns, exchanges or refunds are offered due to the item being a digital product that can not be returned once downloaded.
For items listed in our TECH ACCESSORIES or STATIONERY ACCESSORIES sections, please note arrival can take 2-3 weeks as they're being delivered direct from our overseas. ALL SALES FINAL. No exchanges or returns.
If there is an error or damage resulting from the shipment of your order, please contact us immediately so that we may assess the situation. We will gladly exchange defective product, or give a full refund (minus any and all shipping charges) if we are notified within the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment with PHOTO PROOF of damage. No refunds or exchanges will be provided past the thirty (30) day cut off.
